heart CHAKRA
The Heart Chakra, called Anahata is the center of the main chakras of the body. Anahata is Sanskrit meaning, “unstuck” or “unhurt”. This is typically where the energy centers of the physical and spiritual meet. The Heart Chakra can be found at the center of the chest, encompassing the heart, cardiac plexus, thymus gland, lungs, and breasts. When fully opened, the Heart Chakra allows us to process grievances and hurts, without becoming baggage within the body. A blocked Heart Chakra leads to deepened grief, jealousy, or even a failure to accept circumstances, which denies yourself the opportunity to process your emotions properly.
