Meditating with Lemurian will connect the user to these planes and realms. Considered on the Master crystals, lemurian teaches oneness, and higher connection to each other as well as one’s higher self. Lemurian shifts the focus from selfishness to community, connecting to the world wide spirit of humanity, and aids in spiritual evolution of the self. Lemurian is useful in dream work and dream recall. Also especially useful in clearing the chakras of blocks and activating them together. Lemurian is a powerful healing crystal, especially in clearing negative energy and in focusing deeply in meditation. Pink Lemurians are formed when a soft layer Hematite is present, coloring the crystals a soft pink.

Lemurian is a master crystal. A variety of quartz with horizontal striations, Lemurian is visually very close to Clear Quartz but have a distinct appearance that sets them apart. Horizontal striping or grooves occur on one or more sides of Lemurian. Remescent of clear barcodes you can run a finger over them and feel the the grooves. Usually Lemurian will have alternating sides of smooth and striated faces. They naturally tend to form as wands, tapering from the base upwards. New Age teachings state Lemurian is an artifact left from an Ancient Race of People, akin to Atlanteans, who lived in a place called Lemuria. When they left, the Lemurians left behind programed seeds of crystal for future civilizations to discover and decode their knowledge. It is believed these crystals were seated around the world in a grid pattern, to connect to other planes and dimensions.  ​
